Early this week we began our newest construction project a parking garage for the newest Marriott Hotel in Springwood. This parking garage was contracted to us by Austin Commercial, designed by Hgs Limited. It is a 276 piece garage, with two bays and four stories. Along with this our garage will meet the LEED certification that all buildings in CityPlace must meet. It will accompany the newest 337-room, 10-story hotel from Marriott in Springwood Village's CityPlace.

CityPlace is a 60-acre mixed-use urban district that is a vibrant hub for the community. This district when completed will have luxury residential, glass and steel office buildings, retail, dining, and the Marriott Hotel. CityPlace's developers say, "This Marriott will not only grow the area’s room count, it will also diversify the mix of accommodations and event space available here, allowing this thriving community to better serve business and leisure travelers."
