Late last week East Texas Precast reached substantial completion on Houston Methodist's 681 piece parking garage in Sugar Land. This gorgeous garage has a light sandblast finish leading to a light creme color concrete with accented spandrels, and an elevated first level. This elevated first level, seen below, not only allows for the accommodation of medical vehicle traffic, but also to allow an elevated pedestrian walkway to be put in between the garage and medical office building.

This three bay and four level garage is located in the middle of the Houston Methodist campus in Sugar Land off of Interstate 59 and Highway 6. This is the second of three garages we are producing for Houston Methodist with the garage in the Woodlands being completed already in September, and another garage scheduled to begin later this year in Willowbrook.
